Section 1: Purpose of Reporting Results and Discussing Results

字體:16+-

The purpose of a results section is to present and illustrate your findings. Make this section a completely objective, accurate report of the results, and save all interpretation for the discussion. In this section you objectively present your findings, and explain in words what was found. This is where you show your new results.

The aim of the discussion is to outline and explain the results and to relate them to others’ theories and results. It also should include some discussion and perhaps evaluation of the methodology of the research and provide suggestions for further research.
