字體:16+-

Occidental cuisine, or alternatively European cuisine is a generalized term which refers to the cuisines of Europe and other Occidental countries. Occidental cuisine includes that of Europe and to some extent Russia, as well as non-indigenous cuisines of North America, Australasia, Oceania, and Latin America. The cuisines of Occidental countries are various by themselves, but in general they are featured by high intakes of red meat, sweet desserts, high fat, and refined grains. They also usually consist of high-fat dairy products, high-sugar drinks, and eggs.
